Friendly Check-In
You will be greeted by a nurse and guided through the Smart Care Doc™ clinic process, available services, and fees. Our nurses are prepared to answer any questions you may have. The nurse will also create a record of your visit, with information you provide, in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.3
Real Time with Physician
The doctor will come online for a face-to-face conversation and will conduct a medical examination just as he would in-person. He will listen to your heart and lung sounds with an electronic stethoscope and check your eyes, ears, nose and throat with a close-up camera.4
